  In addition to ‘one-off’ work we also offer an on-going Employment Law and HR Service. For the cost of a fixed monthly fee we will audit your current employment documents, introduce Employment Law and HR systems into your company, regularly attend on-site and give detailed legal advice as required to assist you to deal with all your employment issues. In a nutshell, for a realistic monthly fee we will provide you with ‘peace of mind’.


• Corporate Law
  
  Hand in hand with our employment law services are our corporate law services. We are able to meet all of your non-contentious corporate law needs including any company law work. This ranges from the drafting of standard terms and conditions of trading, drafting shareholder agreements, incorporating a partnership into a Limited company or LLP, demerger of Groups, sale or purchases of businesses and company share buy-back schemes.
