Employment Law / Human Resources - Management Service

Unlike our competitors we recognise that most companies will eventually wish to take over the responsibility of running their own employment law and HR affairs or at the least move towards this position.

To this end, we provide a mentoring and coaching service which:

• Installs the foundations of a proper HR system, e.g., contracts of employment, staff handbooks

• Provides a HR Management system which provides a toolbox for companies (in time) to manage their own HR and employment law issues

• Provides expert on-site advice in the event of an emergency arising

• Mentors and coaches an identified individual within the organisation to take on the responsibility of HR management over a period of time.
  

As part of this service we will designate an individual to your company who will get to know your company and who will then deal with issues as they arise. Your consultant will either be an experienced employment lawyer (solicitor or barrister) or HR consultant.
